the “bottom” usb port does not work, if i connect the led light it does not turn on. However, that same LED light works if I connect it to the “side” USB port.
If you have already switched the USB ports to check and there is no issue with the light strips, I am afraid the sync box has faulty.
If the WIFI indicator did not light up, it means the sync box did not recognize the light strips. May I kindly know if the light strips will turn on and go around after it had been connected and powered on?
