The app only recognises the left side of the screen, and the while led strip takes the colour of whatever is on the let side of the screen. Any fixes for this?

Hi there, please try to reconnect the sync box. After all the connection, please unplug the power supply and re-power it after 10 seconds. Let the box reactivate.
If the WIFI indicator did not light up, it means the sync box did not recognize the light strips.
May I kindly know if the light strips will turn on and go around after it had been connected and powered on?

yes the light strip turn on and go around after being powered on, but the problem still persists. Any other mode on the app works fine, it's just the movie mode that doesn't work right

Hi there. It might be the wrong setting on the APP. Please choose Light Strip Option on your APP. If you select light post option, it might display incorrectly. Please have a try on the setting on APP.
@Lytmi I dont have the app, mine doesn't have networking capabilities. On the app for windows I put the scene on 'Movie'. I tried turning on and off top/side bars, i reset the connection multiple times, and even tried it on another device, still no luck :(
