    Bad customer experience!

    I bought the new NEO box 2.0 when it was released. When I finally recieved it, it has huge issue with picture fall outs. I've documented the issues and has been promised new shipment with NEO box updated and HDR splitter. Has waiting for over 1 month now and still no shipment or track and trace.. really bad customer experience !! :( :(

    Produit non fonctionnel, le HDR et le Dolby Vision ne fonctionne pas du tout .... cette société n'a absolument rien inventé sur Aliexpress énormément de vendeurs vendent le même produit avec une marque différente : https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/1005003118797362.html...

    Duper le client de cette manière est totalement scandaleux!!!!! il pratique tout simplement du Dropshipping Ne perdez pas votre argent.... fuyez!!!!!

    I’ve found that a lot of the drop outs occur because of the cheap HDMI cables that Lytmi sends with the device. I replaced mine with a certified HDMi 2.1 cable and no more black screen flashes.

    I dont have the new order number, only the old one which is 3789. I've been promised new shipment with HDR splitter 1 month ago and still no shipment :( The execuse has always been corona. I have the whole mailchat in my inbox..
