I purchased and received the lytmi device last week. I’m pretty satisfied (except using it with the hdr and everything) but I got and other issue. Every 15min or so I got a black screen.
It is like the signal from the lytmi box is lost, the cut is really short. It’s the same time if you unplug the hdmi cable and reconnect it.
any idea where the issue could come from ?
i use an internet provider box (Orange in France) and no spliter, standard video quality.

Have you tried other HDMI cables? And it would be better to use a shorter HDMI cable. It might also be related to the length of the cable. Too long HDMI cable can also cause signal instability.
May I kindly know if you have other the input devices for a check? And please kindly check the refresh rate is under 4K60Hz. For the refresh rate, the 2.0 version can support up to 4K 60 FPS HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.3. And it cannot recognize a higher refresh rate. It may also be related to the TV 4K settings. Please check your TV settings
