I've configured my wifi connect to 2.4ghz but everytime i try to connect to wifi it says connection has timed out right before it loads to 100.
I cant configured the light and because of that the lights are backwards.

My WiFi is 5ghz, how can I connect to the app/sync box??

Sorry to keep you waiting.
Make sure your input and output connections are correct. If the HDMI connection is wrong, the sync box cannot detect the connection of the light strips and signal. The APP connection will also fail. I have attached the picture for you to check:
For the APP, please make sure your WIFI is under 2.4 G, and make sure the Bluetooth, GPS are all on. And check your sync box connection. Make sure the device is on and your internet is available.
Do not add the device manually. The APP would detect the device automatically.
If the app still does not connect, you can use the backup “Tuya Smart” App to connect to the sync box, which is available for download on Google and Apple stores.
