I connected everything as described in the manual. The light stripes work, but the sides are reversed. I would like to change this via the app. Unfortunately, I cannot connect the app. As soon as I start it, a device is found. I press "add" and after entering my Wi-Fi data, the loading circle goes to 100% and then it's a timeout. In the meantime, the Wi-Fi LED flashes faster for a few seconds.

Cannot connect to new Wi-fi.
@Lytmi please help. Neo 2.0 light strips used to work just fine on my old Wi-Fi. Now that I have Google fiber, Lytmi Neo won't connect to it. The light strip still works with the TV, but I can't control it.
When I try to connect, it get stuck on the "initialization" step. (screen shot below)
Here is what I have already verified:
My phone is on Bluetooth
My Wi-Fi is running (and I have internet)
The Wi-Fi password is correct
My Wi-Fi supports 2.4GHz
The Wi-Fi light on the unit is blinking slowly (video below)
The new router is placed at the same distance away from the Lytmi Neo unit as the old one was. So, what's left? How can I connect?
Hallo, ich hatte gleichen Problem bis ich im Forum gelesen habe, mit Gast wlan zu verbinden. Nach hunderten erfolglosen Versuchen habe ich mit Gast wlan versucht und es hat sofort funktioniert. Ich schätze mal, das ist eine Sicherheitsvorkehrung, damit keiner in Asien dein PC ausspionieren kann🙂...viel Glück
Yes, I have also a steady red light (the one in the middle).
@TommY , do you still have a steady red light on your neo box. everything appears to be working fine for me but I have a steady read light on my box.
Thanks for your help, @Lytmi & @Lukas. I've tried everything you proposed, but got still the same result. Then I opened a guest WLAN on my router and was able to connect the Neo box instantly. So seems it's something with the old WLAN? Maybe not supported characters in the SSID oder passwort? Don't know. But now it works, so everything is fine for me.
Please note that the WIFI indicator flash quickly means it is searching the WIFI; the WIFI indicator flash flash slowly means it is ready for the WIFI connection.
Make sure the phone's Bluetooth, GPS/Locations and WIFI are all turned on, and WIFI must use the 2.4 frequency network.
You should “Add Family” in the APP the first time you use.

If it still does not work, it would be nice of you to provide the problem screenshots for us to better provide suggestions.
have you checked the (wifi) security settings of your router? Maybe only known devices are allowed to connect. At least thats my first thought that comes to my mind.
If the settings are correct you should reinstall the app and reset the box to factory settings by pressing and holding the button that is located next to the ports of the cables.
