    Cannot use app following update

    Hi, since the most recent update it is impossible to control my lights from the app. I had left my lights on "Read" mode, and am unable to change to anything else, since clicking on the lights in the app only prompts me to delete but does not let me otherwise control my lights. Please fix this. My lights are unusable.

    This is the advice from lytmi support.


    Hi there.

    Make sure search the device on the APP ONLY AFTER powering on the LED strips. Otherwise, Neo cannot be found on the APP.

    Make sure the phone's Bluetooth, GPS/Locations and WIFI are all turned on, and WIFI must use the 2.4 frequency network.

    You should “Add Family” in the APP the first time you use.

    I have the product installed, and I had it set up and functioning before the app update. It stopped working immediately after the app update. This is a problem with the app. Not a problem with my installation. Please advise.

    Just get to the IT department. I am sorry that due to server issues, our technical team is working hard to optimize.

    This will be repaired in 48 hours.
