Hi, I just received my box and im having a problem in the intensity of the colors plus whenever I go in « color » I have a notification saying my current mode does not support color adjustment?
what should I do? Does my box have a problem?

Hi amaouzs, if you just want a static color then select 'Pure' from the 'Taste' menu and then navigate to the 'Color' menu and you will be able to adjust the color from there. I hope this helps.

Please choose the fire mode to see if the light strip is all on. If the light strip is all on, it means that the plug is not connected correctly and the synchronization mode cannot display normally. Not every mode supports customized color changes as some of them are pre-coded to displayed certain effect using specific colors.
The above six modes are fixed and cannot be adjusted. However, the below six modes can be customized.
