Because I wanted to start getting into the Smart home situation in my own home, I started some investigating and came accross this product from a Youtube Video, which explained that this device is the perfect alternative for the Philips Hue Sync Box.
Recently I have bought some Hue lightbulbs and a Hue Bridge. Because I also want the TV to sync with the colors (and possible other things) I was wondering I could use Lytmi 2.0 instead of the Hue Sync Box.
My actual question, would the Lytmi be compatible to sync up with the Hue Bridge and other Hue lights or do those two not work together? For me, that's currently the dealbreaker here because I rather not have a device that doesn't sync up, or buy new lightbulbs that do sync up with Lytmi.
Also final question, do you ever plan on selling the product on other sites like Amazon in the future or will it only be available through the official Lytmi website? (I live in the Netherlands)
Thank you so much for your time to read this.
So I'm still going to take a risk here, but just to ask. Is it an assumption that it will not work with Philips Hue Bridge or devices, or actually proven that it doesn't work together? Forgive a guy for trying.
Awh that's a shame, especially since Lytmi is the only one that actually provided an update what the expectations are on a HDMI 2.1 whereareas Philips have no plans at all.
But thank you for the update. Is that btw tested out already or is it an assumption?
Thanks for your message. I am afraid Lytmi Neo cannot sync with Hue lights or other light. It can only control Lytmi LED strips currently. We are still working hard on it.
For the Amazon link, it might be on in the end of December. Please kindly stay tuned:)
