Hi! I connected the App and everythings should work as i can see in the app, but the light wont change, and i´m only getting light in the corner. whats wrong? When i restart everything i get a blinking over the whole led strip. The led strip is connected in the app.

Please reconnect the sync box. After all the connection, please unplug the power supply and re-power it after 10 seconds. Let the box reactivate.
May I kindly know if the light strips will turn on and go around after it had been connected and powered on?
Plus, may I also know if you have used USB extension cables? Could you kindly disconnect the extension to check if the light will flicker as well?
