I've been using the Lytmi Neo 2.0 for a couple days, and I've got to say the delay between the screen changing colors and the LEDd updating is quite noticable.
Has anyone else been experiencing this issue? Is there any way to fix it?
When it actually works, yeah, it's very noticeable. I have tried Weak, normal, and High, and it didn't have an affect (other than a very slight difference in brightness). My wife and kids commented that the delay was making their eyes tired.... But, my main problem is much more extreme, when it does work, it only works for a few seconds (sometimes a minute or two), and then freezes for 20 to 30 seconds (up to a few minutes). Unfortunately, it's really not usable. I made a video of my particular issue: https://youtu.be/SR2qVODXLFw.... Hopefully support can help me....
The slight latency exists for a reason. It evolves something like "Softening Algorithms". And the necessity to introduce the softening algorithms, or put it another way, the slight latency is to make sure when the onscreen content changes even rapidly , the lights will sync the colors and effects in a way that’s is eyes-friendly by making a softening transition by reducing the dazzling effects on the eyes if the lights flash rapidly.
There are three screen sync modes in the app:
●Weak Mode: fit best with TV series, cartoons, (advised mode for the young and the old)
●Normal Mode: fit best with movies, games, etc., (mostly used mode for most people)
●High Mode: fit best with games (advised mode for those who has high demand in synchronization effect)
