    Dolby Vision support?

    in General Discussion

Hey, after upgrading to a higher internet bandwidth I have started to watch more Dolby Vision content.

Is something wrong with neo box 2, because it fires red and violet diodes while playing a movie, while there's nothing red nor Violet happening on the screen.

By playing UHD or 4k videos problem is non existent. Encounter it only by watching videos with Dolby Vision on it.

    How can I fix that?

    Video is attached

Dolby Vision needs a splitter to work properly which Lytmi will provide it for free.

    Hi there.

    Sorry to keep you waiting.

For the Dolby Vision, I am sorry to let you know the Dolby Vision is unstable.

Our R&D team has confirmed the customized splitter can work with Dolby Vision. We could offer free customized splitter for your Neo HDMI 2.0 version. Dolby Vision could be transmitted to TV through this customized splitter.

Please contact support@light-mi.com with your order number for the customized splitter.

Seems HDR can be activated (and working) if you managed to limit color bits to 10, maximum ! If you push it to 12, game is over for NEO....At least it seems to work for me using Fire tv 4K max....Good luck ! ;)
