HDCP 2.2 on Neobox 2.0

@Jack unfortunately I can't connect firestick directly to neobox due to firestick being too massive. I can't connect hdmi Out, if it's connected.

I have solved the issue by connecting everything to the box with power cut off and then restoring the power. It helped! I'm happy now....However, would the issue come back if I cut and restore power periodically, say via smarthome automation?

@Guillermo García no problem. I generally use my own hdmi cables. And try get half decent ones. I know I can use HDCP works due Disney plus and Netflix work.

I mean I clould send clip of me opening video on prime and this notification popping up, but it wouldn't give any extra info, would it? I have a suspicion that issue can be with extender that was together with firestick 4k max. Unfortunately it's too big to be plugged together with cables from neo.

@Константин Есин I also had the issue often with a fire tv cube.

Mostly it could be solved with restarting the neo box.

I think this is an issue with the hdcp handshake between the devices. It matters somehow in which order the devices will be powered on.

I now have the neo box and the fire tv cube always on power and only cut the power for the TV and the AV-receiver.

Not a neat solution, since the neo takes 5W on standby mode plus the the fire tv....😕

@Marc Sedlaczek Weirdly enough, connecting everything to the box, cutting power and restoring it solved the issue.....Weird. I wonder if I can cut power from the tv and box and fire tv by using automation. Hopefully it won't lose support of HDCP all of a sudden.

5W is a lot...
