Hey. Does anyone else got issues with new version of neobox and HDCP 2.0?
Firestick 4k Max is refusing to play videos in UHD, saying that HDMI that comes with box, doesn't support HDCP 2.2 (Photo down below).
In other posts I've seen that HDCP 2.2 is supported, then could anyone help me to resolve the issue?
While connected directly to TV the issue isn't there.
Thanks in advance!

If so, could you manage to try it without using the extender and make sure 1. first connect the output, 2. then input, then 3. turn on the power. If it's not in order, it may result in this issue.
Thanks for the answer, I use the hdmi that came in the box of the NEO 2.0 I will try to buy the one you tell me and see if I get it. Thank you
Hi ive got the neo 2.0. What hdmi lead you using? I've got nvidia shield and 4k Blu-Ray play and I can play all the 4k hdr content. Don't get that message at all. I was worried at first but read the hdmi lead they give not that good. The one from the neo box to the tv. Get 4k 120hz cable.
good morning Exactly the same thing happens to me but with google tv. When I connect it to the neobox 2.0 it only lets me play HD content but if I connect the google tv to the hdmi of the tv directly, it does allow me to play 4k content. The problem is in the Neobox 2.0, I hope they give it a solution
Hi any video clip to demonstrate your problem so that we can better identify where goes wrong, as the neo 2.0 supports up to HDCP 2.3
