When HDR is enabled on the TV (Samsung MU9000) there is no image.
btw I have another TV Philips with ambilght and what you wrote about the HDR faded light is not true - on the Philips all content ambilight looks amazing.
I can add video if you like.
May I know is the TV won't support HDR when pass through NEO or only the color display faintly?
It's normal for HDR colors to display faintly. Because compared with SDR, HDR is white light brightening. I suggest you can set SDR for comparison. HDR light color will be faded and lighter than SDR. Because HDR has increased white light, and it leads to a little chromatic aberration.
