I reinstalled the previous version v1.09 and my problem was resolved. There is surely a bug in version 1.10
Hi there.
Make sure search the device on the APP ONLY AFTER powering on the LED strips. Otherwise, Neo cannot be found on the APP.
Make sure the phone's Bluetooth, GPS/Locations and WIFI are all turned on, and WIFI must use the 2.4 frequency network.
You should “Add Family” in the APP the first time you use.
