I decided to return my Neo Pro 2.0 kit based on reading various complaints around HDR support. My primary use case is Xbox Series X to LG CX and it seems like the 4k/120hz/DolbyVision/Atmos that I'm enjoying won't work so well with this setup. Thankfully, while I opened the box, I didn't unpack any of the components or make any cuts. I reached out to customer service via email last week to start a return, but never heard back. I then came across the return portal (https://ilytmi.com/a/returns) and submitted an RMA on 8/15, but I haven't heard back from lytmi. Has anyone else had success getting a return/refund? What sort of turnaround time should I be expecting. I'm used to these types of companies being quite responsive, but perhaps I've been spoiled.

I believe Neo 2.0 PRO supports your setup with Xbox-X and it supports up to 4K 60HZ. You can still enjoy it under the supported resolution.
