    Issue with setup

    I originally had it working and set up fine. I went into the Lytmi app and then my device had disappeared. I go to reconnect it and the lights won’t sink up I unplugged rechecked the wire’s even though it was previously working. I replugged everything and the same thing keeps happening. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it I don’t know what more I can do

    Hi could you double check the light that covers the bottom is connected to the port marked bottom? The image shows that it's highly possible the light strips are misinstalled.

    @Jack it is that’s the weird thing. It worked Perfectly until it disappeared from the Lytmi app. It’s like the top cable only lights half way up.

    @Jack I also changed the hdmi cables and tried using the other app. It was perfectly calibrated then an hour later this.

    @Jack I contacted support and still no response? Would it be a box issue ? Or a light issue ? It makes no sense, since it was previously working fine.
