I originally had it working and set up fine. I went into the Lytmi app and then my device had disappeared. I go to reconnect it and the lights won’t sink up I unplugged rechecked the wire’s even though it was previously working. I replugged everything and the same thing keeps happening. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it I don’t know what more I can do

Hi could you double check the light that covers the bottom is connected to the port marked bottom? The image shows that it's highly possible the light strips are misinstalled.
