    It doesn't work with the screen.

    I use Apple TV. Even if you use several cables, the results are the same.

    I tried connecting with PlayStation 5, but it's the same result.

    It works well with the sound and taste of the application.

    What is the problem?

    Hi can you just switch to other page, it's said the long-time remaining on the same page may lead to this. If it's still not working, maybe you can switch to the alternative app: tuya smart, which can also connect neo.

    Have same problem. Not work with Apple TV an ps5 at all in screen mode. Trying different hdmi cables, reset box and power circle. On Apple TV set 4k 60hz sdr manually. No luck.

    How this can help if neo not working at all in Screen mode? Seems problem in grabber.

    Hello is there any solution for this problem? I have the same problem that the screen mode doesn’t work with my Amazon fire tv stick or with my PS4..

    @burak.yilmaz1 This is hardware issue. Go to support for replacement box.

    Sorry for the late reply.


    May I kindly know if it can work under the other mode in taste or color? Since I notice the light is flickering. Please re connect the sync box. After all the connection, please unplug the power supply and re-power it after 10 seconds. Let the box reactivate.
