If the side LED strip can light up normally, it means the sync box has some issues for it.
It would be nice of you to attach the video after you have swap the USB connection. So we can help you to figure out whether the sync box or LED strips are faulty.
here I took pictures before and after changing the USB cables! looks to me like an error in the box because the same error is only on the other strip when you plug the USB

I notice all the LED strip can function well. So it may be that the sync box failed to activate and recognize the light strip.
Please unplug the power supply and re-power it after 10 seconds. Let the box reactivate.
The problem is most likely caused by power-on. When the control box is powered on, it will calculate and record the number of lamp beads, and the lights will be lit according to the calculated number of lamp beads.
