left/right LED#s very dark/won't work

Hi,

received my Neo yesterday, installation without any problems, App installtion worked.

So nothing special, but:

when i have activated screen mode (ambilight test video) the left and right leds won't work, only very very little. When i do the test, or e.g. Taste Mode all Leds work without any problems!

Removed Neo and added, reseted a few times but always top and bottom very cool, left and right nearly dark.

tried also different HDMI inputs as Fire TV Box and PS4 - same - top and bottom very bride, left and right nealry nothing.

Appreciate any tips - Thx

"the current mode does not support color adjustment" means not every mode supports customized color changes as some of them are pre-coded to displayed certain effect using specific colors. The above six modes are fixed and cannot be adjusted. However, the below six modes can be customized.

I noticed you mentioned the taste mode can work perfectly. And all the connection is set correctly. So could you check if it is the media source problem. If it is 30Hz above, it cannot recognize the screen mode. An additional HDMI Splitter will be able to support. Have you checked your video source is equal/under 30Hz? Lytmi Neo supports up to 4K 30Hz and HDCP 1.4 currently. If your video source is higher then that, it cannot recognize the screen mode. If you power on without installing and connecting the light strip, it might match the wrong size.

So, make sure turn on the power supply ONLY AFTER connecting the light strip and HDMI cable, or the synchronization mode CANNOT BE activated.

Could you please try to re-connect the sync box and re- power it again?

i did that already, so i reseted (5 sec reset button) removed power AC, removed HDMI and LED cabled, inserted again, switched power in again, and the test (USB left or right with color) was ok, also all other tasks were working, but message appeared "the current mode does not support color adjustment" can i reset everything to the point were it was delivered ?
