I regretfully need to request a refund after very little help from support and no response for days. The light strip has a huge dead section on arrival. I would rather get a new light strip than return the product frankly.
I actually very much like Lytmi products. I own the Pro kit and my only complaint is that it is difficult to appropriately hang the light strips so they don't fall. Properly-applied Gorilla Glass mounting tape resolved this issue.
Since figuring out how to hang the lights, I now wait to watch content until I can watch it with the Lytmi lights. Totally worth it, once the product works for you.
