I've bought Neo Box 2.0, but experience some issues with losing signal to my Apple TV 4K which is connected to Neo Box - I've attached a video which shows short-wise connection lost, which is annoying! I've tried to connect my Apple TV directly to TV, and have no issues, so it seems to been an issue related to the box.
What can I do to solve the issue? Has I recieved a malfunction box?
I have also issues with HDR/DV which is common issue for other issues as well. You have promised to sent a splitter which could solve these issues, which I'm looking forward to recieve.

No, 50/60 Hz at my TV, the issue occurs. But anyway, even a higher refresh rate is also working with lower resolution. I tried 1080p also, but same behavior...
Does everyone have 120Hz refresh rates for their TV? I'm thinking that may be the issue if the device sent is only good for 60Hz.
The issue only seems to be when the TV is on an HD channel.
I'm using 8K hdmi cable and i have the same issue : black screen off and on and off and on , it's paintful.
Based on Lytmi information which I recevied from customer service, they fixed the issue in a new version sync box. Mine is shipped already, I am excited, let's keep fingers crossed guys! Keep you informed when I will receive the new sync box.
I am having same problem, tried everything. Black screen off and on and off and on. Tried all the mentioned fixes everyone has said, I have also contacted support and have not heard back! Help please Lytmi!
But it doesn't help with the hdr problem? I had also looked at it on Amazon and read that hdr does not convert to sdr.

I bought this and my lights are working perfectly. I know we shouldn't have to but I figure it's worth it!

I did receive the replacement Neo box yesterday, but unfortunately the issues are still the same :(
It seems to be a general problem. I am hoping the Lytmi engineers will find a solution / fix soon...!
