I've bought Neo Box 2.0, but experience some issues with losing signal to my Apple TV 4K which is connected to Neo Box - I've attached a video which shows short-wise connection lost, which is annoying! I've tried to connect my Apple TV directly to TV, and have no issues, so it seems to been an issue related to the box.
What can I do to solve the issue? Has I recieved a malfunction box?
I have also issues with HDR/DV which is common issue for other issues as well. You have promised to sent a splitter which could solve these issues, which I'm looking forward to recieve.
Mine has an issue when I change cable channels…it goes black then comes back and goes black again and finally comes back….but if I change the channel again…that all happens again

I'm getting the same issue - with longer period of input loss compared to anything on display. tried changing hdmi cable with no avails.
Is this sign of defective box?

also, since this doesn't seem to be isolated incident, would it be more beneficial to share publicly what could be the reason and possible troubleshooting? (if possible)

update on the issue, I've tried to vary the resolution/content. up to 1080p 60hz the issue seems to be gone, going to 4k 50 hz the issue is less recurrent but still occasionally giving hiccup (maybe 5-6 secs blackout every 2 mins).
seems the box I'm getting is just not capable of handling 4K content. which is utterly disappointing.
Dear all, Google brings me to this forum and actually to this thread since I am facing the same / similar issue. There is randomly no signal for a couple of seconds (TV shows no singal picture and stripes getting off). Sometime the singal does not get lost completely but the stripes just shut off. Please find attached video with shows both issues within half a minute - but sometime there is no problem for 2 hours or so.
I was already in discussion with lytmi support since I was guessing my sync box to be defective. But since it seems to be an issue for more customers (see also other threads) I am wondering if there is a general problem? I am struggling if sending back the defective box to China like recommended by the support and getting a new one will bring me to the exact same problem?
Is there any idea of Lytmi team what coud be the root-cause? To be honest watching TV is impossible with this behavior! :(
P.S.: I tried different sources, different HDMI cables, several resets of the box, several unplug / replug trials - no improvement so far.

i'm having the same issue, ordered new shorter cables and still an issue...also the white and green led lights on the sync box are no longer lighting up. i hope they don't ask for me to pay to send a defective box back to china...it will cost more than the box itself.
@Scott Mahia Hi Scott, it may be a HDMI cable problem, could you please change the HDMI cable which connect to the TV?
Have been promised new shipment with NEO box and HDR splitter. Has waiting for over 1 month, still no shipment.. really bad customer experience !! :( :(
