I’ve looked through the forums and tried them but still can’t connect the app but the lights work and synced to the tv. what else can I try to get the connection with app resolved and do I really need the app to use the lights? The Wi-Fi light is just flashing.

Is your WLAN in 2,4ghz?
Try to get the Router near top the syncbox.
Restart your Phone.
Ya, maybe you can reset, or try the universal unplug everything and see if it works?
Never mind I’m not sure what I did besides do a full reset on my internet router but it connecte.
