My Lytmi Neo 2.0 worked fine for approximately two days syncing video to the screen. Now the device has all black leds when on video screen and mode but works in all other modes. I have reached out in chat on the site and to support@lytmi.com but no response in 3-4 days. If I can not get a response in 2 more days I will be forced to begin the return process with Amazon where the device was purchased. Please respond ASAP as I would like to make this work if possible even if that means I need a replacement box. Thanks

but you just wrote that comment says the answer will be delayed... please help us fix your product that you sold us. i have the same problem, i want a fix. video mode doesn't work with me either.
Ryan, did you get this resolved? I am having the exact same issue. It initially didn't work (the LED's would freeze, then go back) for about an hour, and then started working, and worked for probably 8 hours. Then it started having issues. LED's would freeze for a few seconds or a few minutes, and then start working again for a few seconds, and then freeze for a few seconds to minutes.... The other modes (rainbow, music, etc) work fine.... I tried several different HDMI cables and inputs (Nvidia Shield, Nintendo Switch), tried restarting and resetting everything. Nothing works.... I'm just using 1080p content, no HDR or DV.
