Need help understanding how to use the SyncBox

Hi!

So I installed the Lytmi Neo properly and used my PS4 as input device and TV as output device and everything works perfectly with that. But when I use apps on my TV such as Netflix and YouTube the LEDs do not work. Do I need to use my TV as both an input and output device for the box to read the TV or am I missing something?

Hi Attila,

I am afraid NEO sync box can only work via external HDMI devise. And it cannot be used to sync with any internal TV APP. Please make sure it has the INPUT source for Video mode.
