As showen in the video, it only shows purple or sometimes red(when Netflix is launched). How do I fix this issue?

1JackJan 10For HDR, it's not brighter and saturated like SDR mode, for Dolby Vision, please contact our support for free splitter which can enable the Dolby Vision to work fine.
