Hello, my Neo 2.0 arrived two days ago i have installed everything and it all works except the connection to the app. i have tried everything from the manual and what i found on the internet nothing works.
i made a screenshot and a short video.
About the screenshot it ran to 100 % and then said timeout
i hope someone can help me.

Ich habe neues Handy mit Android 11, habe an den alten alles deinstalliert, abgemeldet, resetet (mehrmals), 2.4GHz WLAN, Bluetooth und App will einfach nicht verbinden. Ich habe alles mögliche versucht. Ich habe auch mit Raya vesucht und nichts. Man sieht, das der Lytmi Box will verbinden, LED blinkt schneller und dann wieder langsam. Ich bin kurz vor Verzweiflung. Ich habe auch Anfrage bei dem Händler gemacht aber die reagieren nicht. Soll das jetzt heißen, ich habe so viel Geld weggeworfen?....oder weißt jemand Abhilfe? Danke im Voraus.

Did you manage to solve the problem? Anyway, whenever doing the connection, make sure wifi, bluetooth, GPS are on, and if it still solves nothing, you may refers to Tuya Smart app which can also connect Neo.
I don't know why, but today I have tried exactly like yesterday and the connexion with the application have worked.
But now I have another problem. When I clic on screen nothing happen, the lights stay off. When I clic on music it word and the lights syncronise with the music. But I want to syncronise it with the screen... I have tried the two HDMI ports.
@Jérémy Gaudel did you connect the light strips correctly and is there an external hdmi input?
Had the same. Resta the Box.
Watch the video, there you can see that i press the reset button. I have pressed and hold the button for 5 seconds so many times but it won`t connect.
Hi, did you turn on the bluetooth? And do you have strong wifi signal?

@Jack i have tried 3 apps. The Lytmi app tuya and smart life. All 3 find the device but won't connect.

Did you try Tuya Smart? It might be misspelled, but it's 2.4ghz
Same issue. I have a router that only broadcasts 2.4ghz and other things connect to it fine. I've tried both the lytmi app and the Tuya app. No luck :(
Hi Mark, did you connect the lights strips properly, and also the other cables in correct orders, output first, input later, then the power plug? If the cables are not connected, the lytmi app is still available to search, which is designed like so, but we are working to update that logic.
Yes they are. I'm fact the lights appear to be syncing with screen properly. I just can't connect the app.
