Hello, my Neo 2.0 arrived two days ago i have installed everything and it all works except the connection to the app. i have tried everything from the manual and what i found on the internet nothing works.
i made a screenshot and a short video.
About the screenshot it ran to 100 % and then said timeout
i hope someone can help me.

same here - everything is on and it connected for a second, Lights work but app won't.
I was having issues getting the app to detect my Neo 2 sync box.
My solution was to check the apps permissions. I needed to turn on the 'nearby devices' permission and it was able to locate the box. All worked after that. Hope this can help others!
I got the Lytmi sync box hdmi 2.0 today from Amazon. Installed all but the box did not connect with the Wi-Fi. Only 2.4 network is running and Bluetooth is on. The Wi-Fi led on the sync box pulsing fast.
the stripes worked out of the box. but I can’t connect with the iphone lytmi app.

Make sure your input and output connections are correct.
If the HDMI connection is wrong, the sync box cannot detect the connection of the light strips and signal. The APP connection will also fail.
Make sure the phone's Bluetooth, GPS/Locations and WIFI are all turned on, and WIFI must use the 2.4 frequency network.
And do not add device manually. The app will detect the sync box automatically.

If the WIFI indicator did not light up, it means the sync box did not recognize the light strips.
May I kindly know if the light strips will turn on and go around after it had been connected and powered on?

Same problem here. I just received the device, connected the lights (lights are working), but the App won't install, it never connects to WiFi.
WiFi signal is strong we have dozens of devices connected no problems, only lytmi app / device seem to have an issue ...
Hallo, ich habe seit 2 Wochen gleiches Problem. Ich habe neues Handy mit Android 11, habe an den alten alles deinstalliert, abgemeldet, resetet (mehrmals), 2.4GHz WLAN, Bluetooth und App will einfach nicht verbinden. Ich habe alles mögliche versucht. Ich habe auch mit Raya vesucht und nichts. Man sieht, das der Lytmi Box will verbinden, LED blinkt schneller und dann wieder langsam. Ich bin kurz vor Verzweiflung. Ich habe auch Anfrage bei dem Händler gemacht aber die reagieren nicht. Soll das jetzt heißen, ich habe so viel Geld weggeworfen?....oder weißt jemand Abhilfe? Danke im Voraus.
Yes they are. I'm fact the lights appear to be syncing with screen properly. I just can't connect the app.
Same issue. I have a router that only broadcasts 2.4ghz and other things connect to it fine. I've tried both the lytmi app and the Tuya app. No luck :(

Hi, did you turn on the bluetooth? And do you have strong wifi signal?
