I am trying to connect the app to the new router. I have disabled the 5ghz antenna so that only 2ghz is available. I have also set up a guest connection and yet when setting up I get the error message "Network configuration failed, please check if the device is connected",
The light on the right is flashing (so it is searching for the wifi). When setting up it finds the device, ticks the registration, but fails at 100% and doesn't tick the initialization.
I have reset. Took cables out. Put cables back in. Tried the other app "tuya smart".
I have read all the forums that seem to be having the same problem. Followed all the advice and still, the app will not connect. I don't know what is left to try????
The Neo box had no problems connecting to the first router when I received the order in November. I changed the router in late December. I have tried everything that has been suggested of different forums. It will not connect to the new router at all. The router is the same model as the previous one. All other devices I have have connected without problem.
I'm sorry for your bad experience. I just checked your account and noticed that your order is made on November, is the Neo box cannot connect to APP during the 2 months? Or you have another order?
