No HDR via firetv 4k and ps5.

Dear Team,

I just got the Neo 2.0. Setup was fast and easy. But no HDR via Firestick 4k and PS5 possible. I read in forums, that the box does not support it. How is that possible? If this is true, I request a refund. I also sent you an email.

Hello there.

Thanks for your feed back. I believe 2.0 version can support HDR. Please make sure your media is equal/under 4K 60Hz.

For the signal problem, please try to turn off the VRR or ALLM, since it is only supported in 2.1 version.

Plus, could you attach a small video of sync box connections and LED strips?

We would try to figure out the problem and better provide suggetions for you.

Version 2.1 says in the manual that it does NOT support VRR and I am very disappointed by this!

I managed to get it work with my firestick4k. my ps5 aslo recognizes HDR support again as well but I loose signal every couple of seconds. The stripes and display turn off. My screen goes black and turns back on again.
