Hello - I have finally got round to getting my Neo 2.0 kit installed on my TV but when I select “screen” in the app the LEDs turn off.
can anyone help or point me in the right direction?

I hope you got it working .
When you select screen, it needs a video input to start to work. Its normal to switch off , at least my one goes a light dark green color
