Hello there, can someone please help me?, set up the sync box and lights on my Samsung odyssey g9 easily enough but when I connect it to the hdmi output on my GPU (radeon 6900x) there is no picture, so i also have tried a new display port to hdmi cable. But still no picture whatsoever, so I'm hoping this sync box is not broken since I have just received it. Any suggestions are welcome, thank you.
Bryan
Hi Bryan,
Have you tried other HDMI cables? I notices the WIFI indicator did not light up, which means the sync box did not recognize the light strips. May I kindly know if the light strips will turn on and go around after it had been connected and powered on?
And please kindly check the refresh rate is under 4K60Hz. For the refresh rate, the 2.0 version can support up to 4K 60 FPS HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.3. And it cannot recognize a higher refresh rate. It may also be related to the TV 4K settings. Please check your TV settings
Please refer to the 4K setting guidance:

Happy new year and all that jazz. Every thing has been unplugged and replugged in using your method stated. i have no other HDMI devices available, just now, but getting a firestick back from my friend shortly. Instead of getting the no signal image now it's changed to a noisy picture for some reason
2 is input to my Samsung g9 monitor and 1 is an hdmi cable plugged straight into my GPU. It does not recognise anything being plugged in. I have tried everything even lowering my refresh rate of my monitor down from 240hz to only 60hz to no avail
Hi Bryan, don't know GPU is similar like Xbox, PS5, Apple TV, or computer or any other HDMI devices, but I am afraid you have to ensure there is HDMI resource input. And should be connected with HDMI cable only not display port. Anyway, could you take a picture of how your cables are connected?
