Just received my Lytmi 2.0 kit for 75inch tv. I've spent about 2 hours trying to connect and get the light strip to work. At the moment, only one of the light strips lights up. It flashes on and off. The other is non responsive. Moreover, I am also unable to connect to the Lytmi & Tuya Smart app. I also noticed there are three status lights on the Lytmi console. Only the power on status light is sold. The other two (including Wifi status light) is not on and does not light up.
Additional details to what I have done:
- My Bluetooth and GPS is on (iphone 13 max pro)
- I am using 2.4Ghz Wifi.
- My connection has a input and output HDMI (Nvidia Shield TV Pro is plugged into the Lytmi console as input and Lytmi console output into my TV).
- I have tried resetting the Lytmi console by holding the reset button for 5 secs or more and it does not appear to do anything.
- I have tried unplugging everything and reconnecting.

Im in exactly the same situation however i have a 120" and both the LED glow white, i too have spend 2+ hours trying to get it to sync the NEO bax and the app and the LED light strips... what was the outcome in your case, can you please assist this is really frustrating :(
