I also think this is odd. I wrote to support asking if the product was still set to ship on December 1st. The support team said "Yeah. You could check the shipping date on our website." End of email... My order remains unfulfilled, but the estimated shipping date is still December 1st.

I ordered and paid for the neo 2.0 on December 23 but on my order said in fulfillment status “no apply” I try to contact support several times and haven't received a response yet please I need help
