use the neo box 1 version happily. However, I have the following problem: my fire tv stick 4K is connected as a source and after a certain time the LEDs stop and only light up white. it only works again after restarting fire tv until it happens again after a few hours.
what is the problem?

I have the same problem. After a certain time, the LEDs only light up white. The time when it happens is always very different.
After I disconnect the Neo Box 1.0 from the power (10 sec) and restart it works again.
I use the Fire TV Cube.
And these double sided tape holders just does not hold, they fall off after few hours. Thats a joke.
That lytmi neo is bad thing to say the least, i wasted my 120 buck on aproduct that can be thrown to waste and no returns possible. This is fraud company. So sad...

I have the same issue with the original Neo - can be watching TV for around 90mins, and the device will now only show the white light. Originally this wasn't a problem. My device is around 6 months old. How do we raise this as a bug with the device? Its ridiculous to expect customers to update so soon after purchase!
I have similar problem with lytmi neo. Screen mode just stops at some point and never works again until reset. Device clearly needs firmware update.
Hi, we are sorry to hear that, but it seemed that you have purchased the older version which has the built-in sleep mode, so you have restart every time to get it activated.
