For reset button doesn't work problem: 1. make sure all the lights cable are original and correctly connected (the light cover bottom side must be connected to the port marked bottom only) 2. Always make sure, when everything is set, there should be lights circulating for self-check and at the right corner should be red spot light flashing.
If lights are not connected, or misconnected, the reset button is always invalid.
@Jack, some of us have TV set flush to the wall with no space to place Neo box behind it so we need to run light cables farther than currently available, what do you recommend for this situation, i am sure I am not the 1st nor the last that wants to have a clean set up with cables running behind wall to an AV media furniture beneath it.
Same issue for me, reset button does not work at all, and ligthts are stuck on white, devices does not connect to wi-fi. I use a couple of high quality USB extension cord. The only explanation I see is that the extension is causing some attenuation of USB voltage that is throwing the device completely out of whack. This sucks as I cannot put the device behind the TV (flush mount) and don't want to route an HDMI in and another one out just to connect the freeking device. @Lytmi, what's the work around for this situation?
I held reset pressed in while connecting power supply and found that reset worked for me. Although being able to reset I still have issue with each strip bottom/top only lighting up half way. when I turn on tv both strips light up white fully but i’m unable to configure lights beyond only lighting up half way.
When you set up everything right, you should notice a light chasing effect(which is self check) and there is a purple color appearing on the right corner, do you manage to see that? If not, maybe you should unplug everything, and connect all the cables correctly in proper order(first the light strips, then the output, then the input, last the power source)

I have same problem. Im not able to reset the box. It works, but cant connect to wifi to set it up and reset button is not responding.
I have the same issue...
this is happening with me as well
Same issue and support will not contact me
For me it doesn’t matter what is plugged in or if the tv is powered on. The box is always on and always has white/blue colored lights.
