RMA134098 HDR Error

Lytmi Neo Sync Box & TV backlight HDMI 2.0 quality when feeding HDR content via an NVidia Shield TV Pro, via Apple TV the same behaviour is apparent, colours are very pale and in the most cases do not match the displayed picture at all, many green tones, and even with adjusted brightness much too bright for dark scenes.

We sincerely apologize for the HDR chromatic aberration issue. Just got feedback from technical team, it might relate to some algorithm mis-caculation on the sync box. Our team is working hard on this issue and will get it fixed in the next version.

Wow so they can offer me £30 of my 5 days of ownership and ask me to just be happy. What a crock of (insert word of your choosing that best describes excrement), what the absolute hell, are you having a stroke? What the f*** is that sort of come back.

Tell you what. You can refund me the full price of the bag of turds. Sack your R&D team and buy a book called "A - Z product design and implementation for Dummies"

Your marketing claimed one thing. Your saying it doesn't match what was ordered. You can blow me if you think I'm accepting £30 back for a £100+ product that's clearly not as advertised and marketed.

I'll stick to raspberry pi and hyperion setup thanks

Hi there,

I sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience. Just got feedback from developing team, this chromatic aberration problem occurs when the TV screen is dark but not completely black. Could you try to turn off HDR and check?

hi, i'm from germany ;) ,

is it still a good alternative to expensive philips? is it possible to integrate additional lights (dreamscreen sidekicks/philips hue) and is the hdr ambient still acceptable?
