I have placed an order on December, 16th and paid the additional $30 for Expedited Shipping, which should be faster, hence the 30USD. Since then there was no movement, and the package has not even been shipped yet. Any idea how long this takes?

No, there's nothing in my spam, website still says "Unfulfilled", and have not recieved any tracking number either.
I do know that I can recieve email from the above address, as that's where the "order confirmed" originated from.
