So my neo 2.0 is finally set up even connected to the app however it randomly cuts off the sky input and basically just shuts down and restarts. I gave checked the power even the HDMI it literally cuts off the feed and restarts. Essentially making viewing tv impossible through

Hello, I think I have the same problem. Neo Box 2.0 fully set up. Immediately after changing the channel, dropouts occur 3 times, even in the middle of the film. Video attached.
@Klaus Hi may I ask 1. and what devices you are using, like Fire Stick, Sky Q... 2. what platform you are watching, for example Netflix, Disney+...3. what's the case when you return to the homepage of Netflix, Disney+...
@Jack Most problems exist with the Sky Q Receiver. Disney + and Prime Video via Apple TV are ok, XBox one X looks ok too.
I'm not sure if it's because the film resolution changes on the Sky Q receiver.

Exactly whats happening to me. Sent a video. No reply. Waiting to see if splitter box will help but no sign of that being dispatched.
