The NEO continues to be a disappointing service. Offer of a partial refund of £70 and to sell ot onto someone else. That to me instant right passing on the problem to someone else. So they said it's a error with the box thats why its not reproducing color properly or at the correct hue and brightness.
So the have said they will send out another. I have said they can continue to do so till it works. Fair enough, no refund ill just ask for a new box each week till I find a box that works.

Just look at it. So much green and colours not seen on the screen at all. This happens in everything. Games, films and on both Xbox x and switch.
To be honest this is one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I stand by my words its an utter bag of 💩.
