[SOLVED] No color sync when playing YouTube videos

    in General Discussion

    Hi,

I am using the Amazon firestick and when I play Netflicks the Neo2.0 syncs very good to all colors. But when I switch to the YouTube app on the firestick then the Neo2.0 no longer syncs any colors. It only have white color.

Is there a setting I need to set in the App ?

    Hi Conar,

    Thanks for the provided video.

It's normal for HDR colors to display faintly. Because compared with SDR, HDR is white light brightening. I suggest you can set SDR for comparison. HDR light color will be faded and lighter than SDR. Because HDR has increased white light, and it leads to a little chromatic aberration.

I have submitted your case to our developing team. We are working hard to improve the saturation and optimize it.

Feel free to contact our support email for any questions. We will response in 24 hours.

Do you have a test video I can try on my setup ? Are you saying the youtube video is too high quality ? How do I switch to SDR ?

I believe you can make the SDR setting on your TV.

I got the colour to sync , it was only a problem when playing YouTube on firestick or connecting my PC. I got this fixed now. Thanks for the support .
