So I'm using the new Lytmi Neo 2.0 on my LG C1 and as you can see in this video some colors doesn't appears at all when I play the video. Instead the colors are white and not the colors as it should be!
Another video:
These video's are played on the PS5
[Update]: When I plugged the Google tv on the device it gives me accurate colors! Which is incredibly good news (thank God)! But somehow when I connect my PS5 it doesn't gives me the same accurate colors as when I plugged the Google TV? So it seems to me I'm doing perhaps something wrong with the settings on the PS5, but can't figured it out?
Anyway for the people who might not have figured it out on the Google TV or the new OS and want accurate colors here is how I did on Google :
Settings > Display and Sound > Dynamic range and colour format > Match content dynamic range > Click on "Match content".
You can either choose HDR or Dolby Vision in the Dynamic range Format preferences. But make sure the "Match content" is turned on!
[That should do the job 😁]
Hello there.
Thanks for your feedback and you video provided.
I am afraid Dolby Vision cannot be used directly. We offered free customized splitter for your Neo HDMI 2.0 version. Dolby Vision could be transmitted to TV through this splitter. Please kindly contact our support via email for the splitter requirement. And attach your order number. We would apply and arrange the customized splitter for you in 7-10 days.

Plus, PS5 or your TV might have high refresh rate. Neo 2.0 supports up to 4K 60Hz and HDCP 2.3.
