Hi
After checking out which Ambilight can be retrofitted on the Internet and via YouTube, I came across the Lytmi. So I ordered it, received it yesterday and of course installed it right away. The fact that the description is only in English and Chinese is a bit of a problem for me. But I managed it. I run a Sony KD 75XG 9505 and a Sky Q receiver.
I noticed that the TV goes off every few minutes. The message "no signal" appears. After 2-3 seconds the TV switches on again. Of course, the Ambilight also goes out. This has now happened 5 times in the last half hour. Of course you can't watch TV like this ...
In my opinion I installed everything correctly and I don't know what the problem is. This problem does not exist without the Sync Box, the TV has never switched itself off.
Maybe someone knows the solution? Do I have to change the HDMI cables? At the moment the included HDMI cable goes from Sky Q to the box and the original red HDMI cable from Sky goes from the box to the TV .. Since I have laid all the cables sensibly, I wanted to wait for an answer before I take everything apart ..
Thank you for the possible solution to the problem
Kind regards

I can confirm that the new version sync box (replacement received from Lytmi) solves the issue. It's now working properly with Sky Q (no flickering, no signal lost)!
Strange. I directly tried it and there is no difference - still loosing signal and still flickering.
after more testing if i pause the program wait 2 seconds and press play and continue to watch its totally fine, is this bizarre or what?
After some testing the strange thing is if i watch a program live on sky it reacts like the video above but if i record the same program and watch the recording instead its absolutely perfect!!???
I have too have this issue but it only happens when watching live sky tv,
if i watch recorded sky programs (why???), netflix or disney through the sky q box, i have zero issues, also the pc and ps5 do not drop out!!
Even if i turn the lights off through the app i still get drop outs, the only way to stop them is take the Neo 2.0 out of the loop
Can it be something to do with hdcp that sky implement?
Dear all, I am facing the same issue, also with Sky Q receiver. I've tried another source also but same behavior. So I don't think it is related to the Sky Q receiver itself. Furthermore it seems there are more customers facing this issue.
Regarding @Gary Barnes recommendation: I've tried several different HDMI cables, it is always the same behavior, so it seems to be not the solution / root-cause. At least for me.
I was posting my issue including a video also in this thread (https://www.lytmiforum.com/forum/general-discussion/losing-signal-to-neo-box). After posting and clicking arround this forum, I found this thread - so sorry for somehow double-posting. I just wanted to mention that imo the issue is not related to Sky Q receiver and also not related to HDMI cables.

Is possible to have a short video clip?
I got the same with my LG C1 and Sky Q. I changed the hdmi cable (don’t use the one it comes with) and this stopped the problem with losing signal but the lights still keep turning themselves off. Looks like this product isn’t fit for purpose.
