@lytmi as I received no response from you, and still have not received my product, I have now a file a dispute with PayPal for a refund of my money. I will advise anyone I know to avoid doing business with your company.

i have already ordered competitor’s product as delivery was outside stated time frame and I did Not receive timely response.
@Lytmi provided order number yesterday and still no response. After my delivery services run today, I will be filing a dispute with PayPal if my product is not received. I will contact you if the product ever arrives and you can send return shipping label if you would like your product back.

@Jack @Lytmi we are now on Day 21. For the last 8 days tracking info has shown 200 miles from my house without moving. Is it time for to file a refund request with PayPal since you won’t deliver what I paid for?
