Update to UPDATE... They sent replacement strips which I thought would finally fix things but the new strips have less LEDs and when I contacted them they said that was the most it could use on 120"...to which I pointed out that the advertisement both at Amazon and on their very site, DOES NOT SAY THIS ANYWHERE.... So basically you get less LEDs on the 120" kit and they don't warn you about it anywhere..... I'm not happy and my post will stay as is. I don't like finding out I get less of something when it's supposed to be AS ADVERTISED....
UPDATE..... Winnie got back to me again with help and said they would fix things. As soon as things are fixed, I'll remove this and update with positive message assuming everything gets worked out.... Right now it's all just words lol but looks promising.....
You sent the neo kit for 90" but the ad said 120" kit would be sent as a customer courtesy. The entire reason I bought the kit was because I NEEDED 120" kit. At first you said you'd send correct kit but requested pics. I sent pics and now a different person replied with suggestions about how any kit can be cut smaller!....WHAT!?.... I NEED 120" KIT AND YOU TELL ME HOW TO MAKE A 90" KIT SMALLER.... Didn't even apply to my problem when YOU SENT WRONG SIZE KIT!
Why put the message in your ad if you're not going to honor it. I'm getting frustrated by the run around I'm getting and will not be putting up a good review if I keep getting the run around. All I want is what you promised and did not fulfill.
I'm putting up this message in hopes someone in customer service can help me. But so far I'm not impressed with this company because they can't even honor the very ad they used to intice you to buy from them to begin with.
I have pics to prove my claims upon request. The clock is ticking on the return window and my patience is running out. I need help now.
