Is neo 2.0 capable of managing other lights? or will 2.1 allow you to manage other lights? The reason I ask is that most of the people who come to Lytmi are looking for a less expensive solution to add ambient light to their TV and I think neo 2.0 is a great alternative, but I think people are going to hesitate to buy it if they are not able to include or use the lights they already have and even more if they have to buy new lights and spend more money than we already have. Being able to include wifi bulbs or Zigbee (either tuya or hue or other brands) will allow people to utilize the resource that already has and enjoy better your product (Neo 1.4 or 2.0 or 2.1)
Thanks.
Is there an update on this subject? I'm looking for a solution like abovementioned. We're 2 years further now so i'm trying my luck here :)
@Lytmi Hopefully Neo will be able to sync with other lights because right now one of the things that I believe is stopping people from buying the Neo is not being able to sync with other lights, the way I see it is, you either spend $170 for neo and wait for Lytmi to release new lights and spend more money or you spend $230 for Hue sync and $250 for the strip and you can use any other lights that you already have. I understand the Neo is almost $300 less expensive than Hue Philips, but Neo does not allow you to use any other light, you have to buy Lytmi's hardware (lights) when they get released and hopefully, the company won't change or decide not to continue with Neo, while on the other side you can even add hue to smartthings, OpenHab, Home Assistant, etc. 🔎 so as you can see, I think opening Neo to be able to use other lights, will bring people who are not willing to spend money on a product that will drive you eventually to buy more hardware and works alone.

Dear,
Thanks for your suggestions.
I am afraid Neo does not support the synchronization of other lighting products currently. Our R&D team is working hard to get through the synchronization agreement of other smart lamps. The new synchronized light strips and light bars are expected to be released next year.
Stay tuned:)
