Hello, i use the neobox 2.0 and experiencing problems. At first there was the problem that the HDR/vision colors ware not as they should be. (still is)
But now HDR and dolby vision is not working at all! Only sometimes when i change hdmi cables is works for a few minutes. But thats only sometimes. I use an lg oled cx with the google chromecast with google tv. And i only use good hdmi 2.1 cables. Tried my cables now. resetting the neobox and chromecast dont work. When i put my chromecast with google tv directly in my tv everything works fine. (vision and hdr). When i use the same cables with my nvidia shield vision works like a charm. Only giving problems going through the neobox. So i can definitely say the neobox is the problem.

@Jack i found out that the dolby vision start working again after i unplug the neobox for a few hours. But, it does work for a day or so and then it will stop again. Unplug for a few hours and so on. Thats really strange. And i don’t think unplugging is a solution for me. i think there is something wrong inside the neobox itself. Really doubt the hdmi splitter will fix that
Dolby Vision has to be used with the aid of Splitter (which will be offered free if you contact the support team) and HDR is indeed lighter compared to SDR, as this is a little tricky problem, which is kind of related to the inherent feature of HDR, so it takes time to make it more saturated.
