Hello there.
Hope you are doing well.
We drafted two visual design directions of our products and would love to hear you guys' opinions. Don't be hestitate to comment and let us know if you prefer direction 1 or direction 2.
We are also open to hear any suggestions any feedback.
Direction 1:

Direction 2:

I don't care about the visual design of your boxes. I just care about the visual design of your lights and for PC it's just not good as you only do 3 sides instead of 4. Don't you think you should invest your time into this to satisfy your customers? And also you suggest a 4 side light with the graphic of the screen which makes me very upset because this is not the truth. The truth is this:
Top row: ASUS ROG AURA TERMINAL, 4 sides strip Bottom row: LYTMI PC with 3 sides strip
Hi Ajey,
This is Wendell. Thanks for your feedback! Our R&D team innitially proposed a 4-side solution, but I rejected due to it requre two USB connections into controller and concerning of irregular installation at the bottom line. While recently we indeed received some similar complaints like yours, to require a 4-side design. Me and my team would immediately change our striplight and software in the next upgrade.
Btw, the Visual Identity is also important for us to invest our time. We are eager to do every critical details perfectly to please our users. If possible, give us a vote on Direction 1 or 2?
Hope you a lovely day. Thank you!
@wendell hu because you don't wanted a second USB-connnection to the controller? Really? While it's ok to got a second connection on NEO.... And why is it an irregular installation at the bottom line.? I posted Information about ASUS ROG AURA very early and this got 4 connectors for the light strips. Not USB ones which is also an advantage as I could just buy an additional strip anywhere on the market.
