Hi I purchased the Neo 2 and I have a 87 inch led with sound bar. I’m passing through hdmi on earc. I notice the colors are ok just not very deep though the screen mode everything is basically white with a hint of the color on screen
wondering if my TV is to close to the wall or if it’s because of the sound bar has anyone else had this issue or is this just the expected result

It's normal for HDR colors to display faintly. Because compared with SDR, HDR is white light brightening. I suggest you can set SDR for comparison. HDR light color will be faded and lighter than SDR. Because HDR has increased white light, and it leads to a little chromatic aberration.
