    connecting device to timed out

    Bonjour depuis aujourd hui je ne sais plus telecharger sur l application le neo 2.0 a chaque fois on me dit " connecting to the device time out , please try Alain " j ai débrancher et retrancher les leds la connection des leds c est ok et ensuite sur l appli impossible de télécharger mon neo 2.0

    Hi Yann.


    May I kindly know if you have connected the HDMI cables as well?

    Make sure search the device on the APP ONLY AFTER powering on the LED strips and HDMI connecting. Otherwise, Neo cannot be found on the APP.


    If the WIFI indicator did not light up, it means the sync box did not recognize the light strips.

    May I kindly know if the light strips will turn on and go around after it had been connected and powered on?


    Make sure the phone's Bluetooth, GPS/Locations and WIFI are all turned on, and WIFI must use the 2.4 frequency network.

    And do not add device manually. The app will detect the sync box automatically.
